Shan is responsible for joint ventures and developing new relationships with immigration agents and education institutions. She is one of the head trainers and is responsible for the Dread English Chinese market.
Alex is a Native-English speaker from Canada and is in charge of student and staff training. He provides coaching for all new staff internally and for franchisees. In addition, he develops different education systems for students depending on their score requirement.
